EOSC-Life
workflowhub.eu was founded as part of EOSC-Life (WP2 Tools Collaboratory), funded by European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme under grant agreement H2020-INFRAEOSC-2018-2 824087.
Previous funding
Previous contributions were funded by:

Source code
The main WorkflowHub codebase is based on SEEK and builds on previous experience with developing myExperiment. SEEK is implemented in Ruby on Rails using a wide range of open source Ruby gems.
